This Wednesday evening, November 10, I’ll be part of the Maine Songwriters’ Association (MSA) new series of songwriter showcase events at Mayo Street Arts in Portland, Maine. The events will be held every second Wednesday of the month, and will begin at 6:30 pm. There is a nominal $3 cover charge to help cover the cost of facility rental.
Mayo Street Arts, originally built as a church, can seat up to 100 people, theater style. It has a beer and wine bar for special events, like these. There is plenty of free on-street parking. It is located at 10 Mayo Street, just off Cumberland Avenue, two blocks east of Franklin.
